Interiors, architecture, boutique hotels/accommodation, and premium real estate. I’m detail-focused and collaborative—clean lines, natural light, inviting feel.

Send the enquiry form with the basics (type, location, timing, usage). I’ll reply within 24 hours with dates and a plan.
• A&D / Hotels: we shape scope together, then I quote creative fee + per-image.
• Real Estate: quick confirmation and shoot time. (Returning agents can keep using the booking page.)

Real estate: usually within 2 business days.
A&D / Hotels: typically 3 business days to 3 weeks (depends on scope). Need a rush? If the calendar allows, we’ll make it work.

Real estate: starting from 6.500,- NOK incl. MVA
A&D / Hotels: creative fee + per-image (you choose the finals). Once I see your brief and usage, I’ll send a clear quote.

No hard cap—I find a balance that tells the story without bloat.
• A&D / Hotels: you pick from the proof sheet for exactly what you need; we finalise the strongest set.
• Real estate: image count matches property and brief—consistent, complete, without being bloated.

Real Estate: a simple usage license specifically for selling the property. License expires when the property is sold.
Everything else: Commissioning clients get unlimited internal and external use for their own channels. Sharing with third parties (suppliers, brands, media) needs a simple add-on licence. I flag this upfront so there are no surprises.

Yes. I’m based in Bergen and travel across Norway (and beyond) with fair travel fees. We’ll plan around light and weather.

Light on-site tweaks—yes. Full styling is best done by your team or a stylist. Either way, we’ll keep it natural and publication-ready.

Yep—where permitted. Drone is weather and regulation dependent; twilight/blue hour can be added if it suits the brief. Short vertical or ambient clips are available on request.

A&D / Hotels: yes—unedited proofs to choose from before I complete the final edits.
Real estate: no— I handle editing myself and deliver a finished gallery that draws people to attend the viewing, without boring them while browsing real estate ads.

Via online gallery or transfer link, organised and ready to use. Print-ready JPGs and web-optimised files as standard. Need something specific? Just say.

Norwegian weather keeps us honest—if conditions don’t serve the brief, we’ll reschedule. Full terms (including cancellation details) are in the Generelle vilkår / Terms & Conditions and working agreement contract; I’ll point out anything relevant before you book.
