Based in Bergen. I shoot regularly throughout ร…sane, Fana, Bergen Vest, Askรธy, Sotra, Os and beyond. Available throughout Vestland and Norway. Travel is straightforward, just ask when you book.

Complete coverage

Interior and exterior images, plus a 2D floorplan. I find a good balance, with enough images to show the full feel of the home without overwhelming viewers with near-duplicates.

True colour and straight lines

I correct for light balance and perspective so rooms look accurate and inviting. No over-processing, no fake skiesโ€”just images that represent the property fairly.

Fast delivery

Shoot day plus 2 work-days, meaning shoots on Monday get delivered Wednesday. Shoot Thursday, delivered Monday. Files arrive via Dropbox as standard, organised and ready to upload. I can upload to your agent portal for an extra fee, I just need the project number.

Flexible shoot times

I work around your schedule and the property's availability. early afternoon light is usually best, but I can adapt for early morning, late afternoon or even sunrise/sunset if needed.

01 โ€” Get in touch

Secure a date and time here, otherwise contact me with the property address, size/type, and preferred shoot date. I'll reply asap with availability and a rate including MVA.

02 โ€” Scope the project

The booking page includes a brief questionnaire to confirm access details, any specific features to highlight, and delivery preferences, otherwise Iโ€™ll ask for these when I respond to your email/sms etc.

03 โ€” Shoot day

I arrive on time, work efficiently, and importantly, keep the experience positive and relaxed for homeowners. Most properties take 1โ€“2 hours to photograph.

04 โ€” Delivery

Files delivered within 3 working days including shoot-day. Via Dropbox as standard, or for a small extra fee, directly to your agent portal organised by room and ready to use across listing platforms and socials.

Pricing

Real estate photography pricing is provided on request and depends on property size, location, and timeline. I keep it simple and quote upfront so there are no surprises.

For a clear estimate, just share the property details (address, size, and preferred shoot date) and I'll reply within 24 hours.

Add-ons (quoted upfront)

  • Twilight photography โ€” 5โ€“10 images taken at sunset or blue hour

  • Drone / aerial photography โ€” Exterior overviews and neighbourhood context

  • Extra exterior shoot โ€” weather not playing nice? we can schedule a short extra shoot of images on a sunnier day

  • Short video clips โ€” Walk-through or highlight reels for social

  • Rush delivery โ€” Next-day turnaround (subject to availability)

  • Apartments and town houses usually take 1โ€“1.5 hours. Detached houses may take 2 hours or more depending on size and outdoor areas.

  • Yesโ€”declutter, tidy, and fully open curtains/blinds. Remove personal items or anything that might distract.

    The property should look like it will during the viewing.

  • For exterior-heavy properties, we can reschedule or book an extra mini-shoot for the exterior if conditions are bad. As I may be keeping an eye on mulitple shoots, we can both monitor the forecast and work out the best timing for clear skies and good light.

  • If you need additional angles after delivery, I can quote for a follow-up visit. It's usually more efficient to capture everything in one shoot, so let me know upfront if there are specific features you want documented.

  • I have a 3D designer I send images to for this type of work, though the rates are per image and vary based on how much furniture/fixtures you want included.

  • One to two weeks is ideal, but I can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. Get in touch and we'll find a time that works.

  • I donโ€™t have the time or inventory to style the space myself, though I will move furniture as needed throughout the shoot to subtly enhance the images.

    If you donโ€™t have the time or feel confident styling yourself, let me know and I can suggest some interior stylists I work closely with.
